Using Blackberry Link - latest update - It lets me browse and choose the public folder calendar but when i sync nothing happens and nothing appears on the phone in calendar. Contacts did update ok so there is connectivity.
This is by usb cable.
This is mandatory for our company to get this working as all Management Calendars are in Exchange Public Folders and always worked in other BB devices until now.

Hi stack888 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
Take a look at the following article to see if it helps you with your calendar on your BlackBerry Q10.

CptS, thanks for the link.
No, this does not make any difference unfortunately.
It is the public folder calendar that I need to sync, which for some reason the Blackberry software lets me see in the dropdown list but refuses to actually do a sync.

Yes, the local calendar works fine.
I've since received a message from Blackberry Support saying that Public Folders is no longer supported by the new Blackberry software. This is a major failure in my opinion as this is a very widely used technology for Corporations to share their calendars, especially at Board and Management level. Blackberry is sadly one by one removing all the concepts that gave them a technical advantage over competitors and I think will struggle to survive against the likes of Apple and Android in the not too distant future.
I'm rockin the BlackBerry Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook, BlackBerry Wireless Headset HS-700
