I originally set up from Q10 on Wifi. Everything worked fine. I put a sim card in today and the screen is frozen on the BB logo. I have turned the device on and off, removed the sim card and placed it back in but the screen is still frozen.

Hi. I went to your link and i still have not resolved my issue.
My q10 just finished updating to the latest software, but it is still frozen on the pink blackberry logo (even though it says 100% in the middle of it).
i tried battery pulling & resetting with the reset key (on the top of the phone). it resets, but goes straight back to the pink blackberry frozen logo.

Please help, my Blackberry Q10, which I have only had since Thursday will not restart and is stuck on the Pink Blackberry logo. It has been like this for about 2 hours. I have tried taking the battery out, pressing on/off button... all that happens is it loads the full 100% pink logo and then nothing else. If it leave it, it also restarts loading the pink logo again... cant get any further. Any ideas or tips on this please? Thanks
