I've done quite a bit of searching and haven't been able to solve this problem. I have a Blackberry Q10 on Fido.
I have dialed and received at least 10 calls in the last day, yet nothing appears in the call log in the phone app. It says "No recent calls" and "No missed calls". There is also nothing in the "Calls" section of the Hub. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
EDIT: Also, if someone calls me and I miss it, there is no notification of a missed call, no LED, and nothing is in the log.

Try restarting the BlackBerry Q10 by pressing and holding the power button and choose restart. When the BlackBerry loads up, make a phone call out and check to see if it is saved in the call log.
Also missed calls will appear in the hub under calls.

Hi. Im having the same problem. no calls logging. even when i dial and hang up after speaking, the call does not show in call log, not even for a minute. its obviously not logging anything. this needs to be fixed!!!
