I recently attempted to do the new software update for the Q10, Thursday night, and when I started the process and it got to where it needed to reboot the phone, it completely crashed my phone! I was unable to the get the phone to turn back on and the few times I was successful I was unable to make or recieve calls or get my text messages. The support person from Verizon had me to do a hard reset and wipe all the data yesterday, and the phone has now been stuck on with the same icon, for when it is wiping the data, on the screen for 24hrs, even when the battery died and I put it back on the charger there was no change! What's the deal???
