Has anyone of you encountered the Q10 getting disconnected frequently from the BB Link? What would happen is that it shows connected on the BB Link first time you plug it it. then it shows disconnected once you try doing a device sync, browse for files/pictures.
The problem is persisting on one or more computers, tried out different USB cables as well.

You're not alone, mine does that frequently only via WiFi. I'll have my phone on my desk and I'll get pop-ups from Link or the system tray Desktop Manager asking for my password as the device constantly connects and disconnects with no rhyme or reason to it.
For what it's worth I'm on 10.2.0.1791.

I managed to fix the issue.The new OS update, 10.2.0.424 fixes it. Just update your Q10 to this new version as well as BB Link to 22.214.171.124. Also make sure to be using the USB cable that came with the Q10.
