This morning I prepared the brand new BB Q10 of my boss.
Part number is SQN100-3, S/N begins with 0719-8687-....
Current software is 10.1.0.238
Connected and installed properly, using the USB cable.
When linked to the pc, it reports a sw update available, version 10.1.0.2309
I tried three times to perform the update, each time it stopped with a generic error message: the procedure didn't complete, please retry.
No error codes, no error description, nothing.
How can I sort it out or, at least, get some more ingformations to give you to help me better?

Here: Update available, release 10.1.0.2309, size 1057Mb
Warning: the software download was interrupted. please try again later
The button cancel does nothing, I can only go back to the menu; I can't do the update from the device. unless I go back to a starting point: how to do this?
