Q10 cant sync google apps work email and calendar

its says unable to lookup connection information.  Please try again later or use advanced setup.

 

if i use the advanced setup i can only get email not calendar.

 

any ideas?

 

thanks, im keeping this Q10 under 30 min just incase I have to return it.

I'm also having the same issue :smileyindifferent: I still have my z10 in case this can't be done but really would like to keep both phones haha!

i bet Blackberry will release an update to fix it within a week or so.  they did the update for the z10 after a week.

only problem is I cant keep my phone under 30min for a week:smileymad:

yeah I'm sure they'll have an update. would have loved to have my schedule up and ready right on the go but what can you do. no plans for me regarding returning the phone. i love the bb10 OS and the qwerty keyboard is a bonus!

unfortunately those don't work for the q10. i think we're just waiting for a new update to solve these issues. when i try to do the above it says it's currently not available. thanks for the info though!

i have both. and yes, for the z10 it worked flawlessly when i first got it at launch. the q10 doesn't want to sync with calendars for some reason. I get the same message as the op. 

 

have you been successful with this process on your q10?

ah, okay. Yeah, unfortunately the links you sent (which I appreciate greatly), only apply to the Z10. At the moment, the Q10 gets error messages. I believe it's just a matter of an update by Blackberry at this point.
