Q10 overheat

Hello All,

 

How come my Q10 will overheat when I turn on Lte network? Is it my Q10 got any problem?  Thanks all.

I had try turn off Lte, just use 3G and 2G, overheat problem will been solve....  But the question is " Why I need change to Lte mobile?"

You shouldn't need to do so, honestly.

What OS is your Q10 on, at Settings > About > OS Version.

My OS version is 10.1.0.273 before, but change to 10.1.0.4687 right now and still can't slove this problem, please help with thanks.

Was this .4687 an update pushed to your by your mobile provider?

no, last update 10.1.0.273 fm my mobile provider, 4687 should be DL fm internet, is it the OS ver got some problem? thanks.

The issue could be that the radio files for your device included in the .4687 upgrade were not compatible for your device and mobile provider.

Hi

 

Many thanks for your help.  After checked with my mobile provider, who told me that the radio version should be 10.1.0.1721.

 

I had already restore radio file and all problem had been sloved..  ^^

You are completely right. This software version is a piece of **bleep**. Did you also pay attention tht battery life for significantly shorter? Seems Q10 is last nail in the coffin of Blackberry.
