Q10 touch screen no longer responds

since this morning my touch screen no longer responds Q10, I did cleaning with BBLINK but the screen still does not repond does not break without any scratches, keyboard works

The first thing to do is to restart your phone. Press and hold the power button until you see Restart. Select that and wait for your phone to restart then see if your screen responds.

thank you for your quick response but when I press the power button to restart it shows me but I can not press the screen, and now that I restored on bblink I hang on choxi language and saw that the screen does not repond I can do anything

Yeah, I didn't stop to think about that. Sorry. :smileysad:

 

Go ahead and do a battery pull. Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it a few seconds later. If your screen still doesn't respond, you might be best to report it to your carrier for warranty work. I have a couple of other suggestions but they require you to have access to your screen.
