Ringtones - no dropdown list

I used BB Link to import my contacts, and now want to customize ringtones.   I "edit" the contact, select "Ring Tone and Notifications", click on "Phone Ring Tone" (which currently says "default") and I get a choice of 'Default', 'Off', and "Active".  Should I not be seeing all of the installed ringtones (not many) and an option to browse for downloaded ringtones?

This made me crazy too...but if you go to the "Active" tab and then scroll down you will get all installed ringtones and music.

I had that same problem! I called the free tech support since my phone is brand new, and they told me to grab that "active" at the bottom, that comes after Default and Off, and keep scrolling it down. It scrolls down through all their ringtones and your own downloads are at the bottom. I can't believe I didn't figure that out, but new tech makes me tired. : )
