Sync issues after new BB10 software update (10.2.1.2102)

Help!

Since I updated my new Blackberry OS10 (version 10.2.1.2102), it is not being recognized by Blackberry Link (version 1.2.3.23). It says that it "Cannot Communicate with Device" and suggests that I reconnect and/or reload the device. I'm using Windows 7.

I have:

- reconnected the device

- reloaded the device (to factory settings)

- reinstalled Blackberry Link

Any suggestions?? Is there a new version of Link or OS10 coming out soon that resolves this issue? Thanks!
