How do I delete and reinstall WA on my Q10.  It does not read all my contacts from the HUB. thx

Welcome to BB forums

 

 

Follow these steps to remove the application.

 

1. Swipe left to access more apps.

2. Touch and hold the app you want to delete.

3. Touch the Trash can icon.

4. Touch Delete.

5. The app has been deleted.

 

You can re-download it once completed.
