I had the same problem, when I checked the contact, I found out that I kept the name under the Company Name field. The First Name & Last Name fields are empty.
If you have the same issue, make sure to fill up the first name and last name

Delete your entire call log see if that works it did with another friend of mine with a Z10...I had same issue with SMS and had to delete all of my sms messages...DO NOT CONTACT TELUS TECHIES AS A HARD WIPE WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEQ10
