I bought a Q5 as a company phone and IT department trie to set up the sync with the company email.
However, the phone came back with a screen asking to make USB connection to PC. Device was connected to PC but the screen remained the same. I tried to reset and turn it off & on again but no use. The device showed a Blackberry logo then went straight to the screen.
I wish I could attach a screen shot but I don't know hwo as I am not IT expert.
Hope anybody can help to solve this issue.
It is a black screen with 'device sign' >>> 'USB logo' ' PC sign'

Thanks for your answer.
I followed the process, however, I had a prompt indicating that there is no software to update.
Then I closed the pompt but the unit went back to the same status of 'unit' >>> USB logo 'PC'.
I tried the resolution and also the workaround but both gave the same result.
Do you have any further advice?
