Camera Canot be Started

Dear,

I have purchased a Blackberry Q5  ON SEPTEMBER 2013 and i am facing a problem with my camera i am not able to take photos and i given for a service where i have purshased in Erode ,Tamilnadu India  The shop name is Magic Mobiles on 06-10-2013 for service now they are not responding and given a proper response to me from service centre from bangalore  so please take  this sis serious complaint againt the service provider centre please take action and give me a good support for me
