Cant Answer incoming call on my Q5

I am not able to answer my calls on my Q5. it shows last two call log numbers in magnifying on my screen.

but i cant see the default screen which we get to scroll down to ans. i am not able to ans or cut the call. every time i get an incoming call i have to wait for the call to end & then go into the call log & call back that person.

I am experiencing this very same problem!  My SW Release: 10.2.0.429; OS Version: 10.2.0.1803

Please help me....
