Brand new Q5, not working while trying to get connected to the PC, the device is not recognized.
I tried everything I read in the posts: re-installing the BB Link downloading from the BB website, uninstalling/reinstalling all my USB hubs and ports in the device manager, changing the USB cable, restarting the PC with the BB plugged in...but nothing is working for me. Still the same message when connecting the USB cable into tyhe computer: USB device not recognized.
