Setting Up E-mail

I'm trying to get e-mail working on my Blackberry Q5, but with no success. Having entered my e-mail address and password I get the message, "This email provider may not be trustworthy. Personal information may not be protected". The e-mail provider is Tiscali (now Talk Talk) and is entirely trustworthy, so what are the idiots at Blackberry rabbitting about? When I then press "Continue", I get a load of tosh about, "Make sure your email address and password are entered correctly ...", blah, blah, blah, and tapping "Next" just takes me around and around in circles. It's no wonder people get techno-rage!

 

Any advice, please?

I'm having the same problem with Siteground server.

Already contacted with then, but on other devices my connections works finelly.

 

After last BB10 update, other accounts are working great without disconnections.

But Siteground's IMAP isn't working normally.

I can send emails (even with disconnected account), but I can't receive nothing.

 

Getting upset to change from iOS to BB10.
