Unable to make calls inspite of having full signal strength though I am able to receive calls, mails and bbm....unfortunate that this is happening on a 2 day old Q5

Hey prathapmccall,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

I would suggest contacting your mobile service provider for further investigation.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks.

Chances are that, your sim card may by held loosely in the sim tray. Please do check.
