Unable to carry out EA on my New Q5. Need Resolution for this.

Hello BB Gurus,

 

My problem is simple.

 

With Earlier BB Devices (OS 7,6 & 5) doing an enterprise Activation was a charm, even if the 'Server' field was left empty, one could simply press the BB key and click accept from the menu.

 

With me making a Switch to Q5 , it seems impossible to do a EA as the "Done" button won't be enabled until Server field is populated with a value.

 

I had contacted the Mobile Device Management team at my workplace and it seems that historically No one was ever provided the Server name, also they Do not have one.

 

To worsen, we dont have support for Outlook Active Sync.

 

Now I am in a fix , as EA cannot be enabled although Approved. And Outlook Active Sync insn't supported.

 

I really need help on this.

Done Disabled   Done Enabled

Appreciate your Help on the Issue.

 

P.S: For the server field we've already tried putting a "Sapce" character to enable the "Done" Key, but no result as device responded by displaying message that server not reachable.
