Thank you.

Re: consumption data Q5

Do you want to turn off data complete, and just use the phone and SMS?

Settings > Network Connections > Mobile Network > Data Service = OFF.

Re: consumption data Q5

turn on and turn off the data every time I need to send or receive MMS is not a perennial solution. Is it possible that this is the one to consumption of Blackberry services and in this case it would be possible to disable.

Re: consumption data Q5

I don't understand... you don't want data consumption but don't want to turn it off.

You said initially your 8520 never had any data consumption, so you must not have used MMS then. I was just giving you an answer to cover the details as you had described.

Re: consumption data Q5

in France, unlimited MMS packages need a data connection but the volume of associated data is not included in the data to consumption. I therefore on the Q5 an application that uses the network without my knowledge. having blocked any applications third I wonder if this is not due to consumption has blackberry application ID.

Re: consumption data Q5

The data could be a number of things.

Email?

Are your contacts syncing via any email account?

Any other cloud services on the device?

Do you have diagnostic data turned off at Settings > Security > Diagnostic Data?

Re: consumption data Q5

no, no email, no sync either and diagnostic data turned off.
I would stop the blackberry connection ID to see if this consomation come from there but I do not find how.
