screen on device frozen for long periods at a time

I'm not very please with my new Q5 the touch screen freezes a lot of times... And sometimes for long periods at a time..... Went a full day with out being able to use phone.. What can be done to correct this issue

Could you tell us which version of OS you have installed your Q5
Friend if you have problem with the Q5 it is best to upgrade the OS to its official version 10.2
Which corrects many errors and better.
As also supports and runs Android Jelly Bean.

The device was freezing up for short periods at a time, I did the update on Wednesday and it worked well for half the day on Thursday then Froze yesterday afternoon and I have not be able to use it since. I am not a very happy client at this time. So frustrated. I have missed called, can not check messages etc!

I recommend you apply to your blackberry one Nukeo
That is just blinking leave your Blackberry
Then he passes a quick installer to your BB
With this you can relive your smartphone. 

 

Search in google installers fast
