Did you try using the hybird 114? It sure is a lot better that the straight 114. So far stable and I get to keep the super fast browser.

How and where did you get a "hybrid" of 114?

Look for the one put together by bbcrackman and follow instructions. You'll be happy. Also, make sure you do a couple of battery pulls afterwards. So far So good.

found and installed that one. Haven't done the battery pulls, but my phone still says I am running .109 under the options....is that because it's a hybrid or did I not do something right?

never mind...think I figured it out. Looks like you have to have installed the 114 files on your computer like you were going to update to that...but BEFORE updating, copy the hybrid files over to the specified folder in his instructions....I never did the first part...was just trying to run the hybrid update

NO!  I'm not interested in using a Frankenstein OS!

Thanks for the update.  I had just downloaded 114 to my laptop, and decided to check the forum before installing.   I'll wait for the next one.
