907 Invalid Cod

:smileysad: When I try to update Blackberry messenger or download Blackberry App world I get the 907 Invalid Cod message. I have tried reinstalling the os using Desktop Software and still nothing.  I am hoping that you can help me please as this is very frustrating infact I just got this phone yesterday :smileysad: :smileysad:  :smileysad:

1) is your phone a company phone?
2) what is the exact and complete error message?

No it is not a company phone and the complete error when I try to download app world or upgrade BBM is 907 Invalid COD local connection timeout -120000
