907 error on jadfile

I attempting to load a jad file to my BB Storm 9530. These are the steps I am taking:

 

1. Save jad file to my computer.

2. Connect BB to my computer, open BB Manager.

3. Drag/drop jad file to exsting BB folder.

4. Disconnect BB from compute.

5. Open media from BB, press explore.

6. Locate jad file on BB, press download.

Download failed, 907 error.

What is a 907 error, and how do I correct it?

Depending on your specifics, there are a few possible reasons and resolutions. Please go here:

and search on "907". Inspect the resulting KB articles for the situation that matches yours.
