I think it was inappropriate to move this post to the accessory forum.
I and many others experienced voice dialing issues with and without Bluetooth devices related to the OS upgrade 5.0.0.328 for Verizon customers. The only solution for me was to roll back to 4.7.0.148.
I am disappointed that from November 2009 to now that a repaired release of 5.0 has not been provided.

I agree, this should not have been moved to the accessory section as the fault/problem lies with the OS not the accessory. Having rolled back the OS the Visor Lite unit works perfectly again. Unfortunately this does leave me in the position of using old software.
Perhaps instead of transferring the blame elsewhere, the NUMPTIES who sit and write the programming could attempt to do the job properly!
I eagerly await another update ....................................... ???
