ARM11: Accel:i2c writeread operation failed! Device Error: 302

Hi Guys,

 

I really need, help i do not know what is happening with my phone.

 

I have a Storm 2 9520 and everytime I use it for about 1-2 minutes the screen becomes unresponsive and then goes White with the following details:

 

ARM11: Accel:i2c writeread operation failed!

ARM9:

Device Error: 302

Failed Task: HS File:

Line: 0

SP=0x176c1950

IR=0x161074a1

PC=0x16105904

 

I have wiped phone and started from scrach and it still happens...

There are multiple public KB articles that reference "302", but I cannot tell which, if any, apply to your situation. I recommend you search and investigate the results

Sadly, the error sounds quite fatal...if a WIPE did not cure it, then the next thing to try is a clean OS reload, and even a BBSAK wipe (more stringent than the on-device WIPE). I do though recall a prior Storm series device I had, which acted similar (different error code, I think)...it turned out to be faulty memory internal to the device, and was not economically worth it to repair.
