Ok .. Here's my dilemma. I am a new BB Storm user and I needed the alert reminder. I downloaded it for the trial and now I am faced with paying 12.95 for the application and I can't find out how long that is for. Plus they want 4.95 for "protection". My question is this.. WHY is it impossible to contact BB tech directly to ask questions or customer service or ANYWHERE that I can find out if there is a download in the works or the new "leaked os" will have this feature. Is BB a secret society that you need a special password to access any kind of concrete help and advice? Am I not looking in the right place? I have spent countless hours trying to get in touch with a tech rep or service direct from the horses mouth so to speak.
I have perused these threads for hours trying to pick up info and learn the ins and out of BB and I am no further ahead. WTF is wrong that it is so difficult to get tech support . I tried my service provider and they are clueless and just shrug and tell me "thats the way BB is" HUH.. again WTF?/ ok I'm finished venting.. but am still frustrated.. Does BB read these threads?![]()

By Alert Reminder are you referring to BB Alerts? What download link did you use?
