I am new to the forums and I have a question.
My blackberry has come up with an error message : App Error 200.
The first time it happened I took my phone to a shop and they reset it, completely wiping out all of my memory.
It has happened again. I am wondering ; is there a way to fix it? I really need my BB fixed. MY blackberry is the BLACKBERRY STORM 2 (9520)
If anyone can give me an idea that can fix it I will be so grateful!!

In this case we can try to reload the software on the BlackBerry smartphone to make sure it is running the latest version and there are no issues with the OS.

Thank you for this. UNFORTUNATLY I accidentally had my phone sent with a friend for repairs. I will get it back ASAP before they get it done. I really appreciate this.

This will perform a base level restore.
Connect Blackberry to Windows PC
Download the needed carrier software
Run & Install
Go to my computer
Select - C: Drive
Select - Programme files
Select - Common files
Select - Research in motion
Select - App loader
Delete - Vendor (make sure you also delete this from your recycle bin)
Run - loader.exe
Follow the wizard and select wanted Blackberry applications
DONT BACK UP (WON’T WORK)
Blackberry will reboot

Perdona soy nueva en esto y me ha pasado lo de la pantalla blanca y que solo sale el app error 200 reset mi bb es la 9520 es libre he visto la soluccion que das pero mi duda es que sotfware es el que tengo que bajarme pq no se
