I have a BlackBerry Storm 9530 with this error. I have tried to follow instructions to use the Desktop software to force an Application load but this error shows up before the phone will connect to the desktop software. I have tried all kinds of ways suggested on this site to get to a Safe Mode with no luck. I don't know what to try next. Please help as I have been working on this for 6 hours now.

Have a look at the following article on how to force the detection of the BlackBerry® smartphone using Application Loader to reload the OS http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/KB10144
If the error message still persists after the reload, further investigation might be required. To help further diagnose the cause, contact your wireless service provider or BlackBerry® Technical Support Services for further review and support.
