BB Storm 2 9550 ( message Activation Required )

I bought this storm 2 9550 last november on Amazon.com, the phone is unlocked, but came with a message saying "Activation Required" and noone can tell me what is this.

In Brazil I went to TIM Store and others, in the UK Vodafone, phones 4U among others, in Brazil it doesnt really work well, but here in the UK it is but, this message is still showing on my phone, can anyone help me?
