I had BlackBerry Wallet installed previous to OS 5.0. Now after updateing to OS 5.0 it won't show up. I checked all folders on the home page, Applications in the option menu, and Desktop Manager. The Applications screen, Desktop Manager, and App World all say it's there but I cannot find it anywhere. Anyone have the same issue, or better, anyone fix it?

Check whether the module(s) is on the BlackBerry (e.g., use JavaLoader -u dir, or browse the list of modules in Options -> Applications -> Modules). If the module is still there, then it probably has verification errors. In this case, clear the Event Log, then cold-reboot the device and post the log here. The full details of verification errors will be in the log.

I am also having this same issue. I followed the directions given by klyubin and it did not show wallet anywhere. Although it states it has been archieved and I find this in my downloads and click to re-install. Once installation is completed it disappears. I cannot locate it anywhere. Although it does not show in my world when I try to download again it tells me it is already loaded on my device. When I do a bettery pull it shows up again in my download folder as being archieved. I then begin the whole process over with the same outcome. Any other help would be appreciated.

wwiseman, you may have misunderstood me. The directions I gave in my previous post are for troubleshooting purposes only -- they aren't supposed to fix the issue.

That's another thing, it shows up as being archived but whenever it says it installed correctly it doesn't show up.
klyubin: I'll throw a curve ball at you, it shows up when I do JavaLoader -u dir but doesn't show up when I do Options->Applications->Modules. I'm more inclined to beleave the BlackBerry itself because when I do "JavaLoader -u info" and enter in one of the module names it returns that the module doesn't exist.
I have tried everything, installing from internet, installing from browser, installing from desktop, restoring, App World, cold reboots, battery pulls, and force loading (JavaLoader -u load *ui, *lib, *help_en, *help_fr). None have worked. I don't know what else to try.

JavaLoader's "info" commad does not even connect to the BlackBerry -- it simply looks for the module(s) in your current working director and prints information about them.
Please follow the instructions and post the Event Log that covers a cold-reboot. If there are issues with the module, they are very likely to be captured in that log.

Didn't know that, learn something new everyday. Ok will try your instructions and post the results.
Edit: The attachment is the event log after a cold reboot.
Edit 2: After eraseing the log and doing a cold reboot, "JavaLoader -u dir" no longer says any of the BB Wallet modules are there.

Does this help anyone to figure it out?

I thought this was an application installed via conventional methods rather than via App World. Since it's an App World app, I can't help you here, as I don't have much experience in this area. Seems like the application is archived, meaning the module(s) are not installed.
Try deleting the App World archive for the app and then downloading and installing the app again.
