BIG CRY for HELP blackberry strom 9500
hello i have a blackberry storm 9500. Had it a few years now, but for some reason the touch screen now. Does not work right now, i cant scroll choose the right thing i want. I have done a batter pull still the same is there anything else i can do . please before i throw the thing at the wall. iam with vodafone still have this as upgading would of took me of a bargin contract i have now please help 
What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.5.0.x.xxx", What is yours?

I would advise you to wipe the device per the instructions below, and install the operating system fresh.
You will need to use BBSAK or JL_Cmder to wipe the device and subsequently load the OS to the device. Follow the instructions here:

hello all i think i sorted it had some spare time waiting in the car so i thought i would try once more a battery pull and hey persto lol it worked but thanks for the info too ladys and gents so a "solution"
