I've had this Storm I for about 2 months now and before the new software came out it would always load alot or freeze up often then once it came back to life, I would get an uncaught error message. Downloaded the new software soon as it came out and thought everything would be great but I'm still getting uncaught errors messages often. What is going on?
People please help me out!!!

I have the same problem "Uncaught Exception" error message in my screen after I reseting my Storm 1 with 5.0.0 328 software version,I went to verizorwireless store and they told me to do a Master reset (Wiped) and then reintalled all the applications back on.
I need some help too!!!

I wouldn't do the whole master reset because they are just giving you the dumbest solution.... im sure there is a much better solution than just to completely erase and start over. Imma tech person and I rarely call or go to the store for advice.
