With your email setups u must to discuss with ur carrier. Because your carrier need to be activated BlackBerry service so you will get the email setup easy.
The blackberry PIN you can find in your phone easy by following steps , Menu > Option > Status > now you will see PIN clearly.
With WiFi connect follow this steps , Menu > Manage Connection > Wi-fi , or Menu > Setup > set up Wi-Fi
