okay, so i updated my blackberry desktop software to 6.0 everything was fine...plug my phone in and it says theres an update for it to 5.0...tried to update it and it freezes EVERYTIME at the "reconnecting to JVM" stage...ive had to reinstall the 4.7 OS to get my phone to function..what am i doing wrong??? my carrier is Verizon wireless.
