BlackBerry Storm Alarm settings

Hi can you tell me if it is possible to set more than one alarm on the storm. I currently have an alarm that is set for all weekdays but o would like one for weekends as well Any suggestions. Mike

Actually you can via your Calendar , set a recurring appointment.

how do u turn off the alarm before it comes on

Alarm > OFF.

Press the CLOCK icon.

 

Press the MENU key > Set Alarm > and scroll the ON > WEEKDAYS > OFF.

 

Or, simply on the clock application, press the alarm at the bottom in red and do the same.

This process is more of a pain than it should be.   Imagine it's 5:00 am and you're sleepy.  The phone is in bedside mode.   You have to press the red alarm icon, then you have to press the blue weekdays button, then you have to change it to "off", then you have to press OK?   It's a FOUR STEP PROCESS just to turn off the dang alarm when you're half asleep?   Puh-leeze.   There must be an easier way?
