Hi all, hopefully someone can help me with this problem as otherwise I don't have a smartphone, just a basic phone.
The problem is, the application list shows Blackberry App world as being installed, but the icon appears nowhere on the handset, and when I have removed and re-installed, or even removed and then tried to install it via the phone browser, an error message saying the item cannot be loaded comes up.
Have asked a mobile phone repair shop to see if they can see anything, and they say the same, although it sees there is an app world app, the phone does not display or even allow you to download anything.
What else can I do please?
Thank you
