Buenas noches

 

Quisiera saber quien me puede ayudar del soporte blackberry..... Les quiero contar que mi problema es que cuando pongo una imagen en mi Bold 9790 se me quita automáticamente cuando bloqueo o entro a otra aplicación me pueden decir que debo de hacer? Pongo el tema original o los temas de app world y también me hace lo mismo
