am bb smartphone sucbscriber and am having problems with the phone. problems such as Stuck to the point if i remove the battery a thousand times it won't change a thing, please am in a bad situation and need some type of help, any sugestion that would help me out of this frustraiting situation.

Well...that's a pretty sparse problem description to try and provide anything useful...with "Stuck" being your complete symptom description, we can only guess as to what is going on...

Nevertheless, I recommend that you attempt to boot into Safe Mode:

It may take you multiple attempts to get the ESC key sequence (press/release/hold) correct, so be patient. When successfully into Safe Mode, think carefully...what happened just before this behavior started? A new app? An update? A Theme? Something else? Think carefully as the smallest change could be causal...and attempt to undo whatever that was.
