I tried all of these things and nothing worked. I have the same problem that I cannot scroll down to the password prompt. I tried rebooting, deleting google sync and redownloading it, making sure that my google calendar is the default. And i will not pay for a service like Companionlinks when google sync should work for free. Argh!

I'm having this problem too... It's next to impossible to select anything in this app or navigate between screens. It appears to be incompatible with the storm. Definitely a compatibily problem. I think the app was designed for the non-touch Blackberrys which have a trackball and keypad.

Go into Options, Applications, then tap (not click) on the 'misbehaving Google App', hit the menu button, and click on Disable Compatability Mode...did it for both Sync and Gmail and it solved the problem...

With the screen depressed, you can try sliding your finger to the password entry. You should be able to enter your password and hit the return key on your keypad to intiate the entry. Then, while you are on the options page you can do the same thing or just save it as it is and go to your calendar where the top tab on the menu is "google sync" (just above "help"). This should take you to a fully functional page with a usable options page in your menu. Hope this helps.

Hi. I am having the exact problem that Maxoperations is having. However, I've tried rebooting and everything and I am still not able to move the cursor to the password box. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to all the posters. I had the same probem since replacing my blackberry storm, not being able to enter password. I tried the battery pull, no luck. I tried sliding fingers to password field and was able to log on, but couldn't get any further. I then did as Ashleitr suggested and it now works like a charm. The thing is, it worked on other blackberry storm fine.
Special thanks Ashleitr
