Hi, my parents have the Blackberry storm, and they told me they can track me now whenever they want now and find out where I am. I don't have the Blackberry Storm though, I have the LG env3. Can they track me now by putting my phone number into their system? Or do I have to have the Blackberry Storm or Blackberry series?

Sure they can.
Why doubt it?

lol, paranoid?
Phones can be tracked via a number of ways mostly all involving GPS.
Google Latitude requires you to run it on your device and opting to share your location
RobLock is a theft recovery software that can pin point where your phone is in the event it's lost or stolen
Or Verizon offers something called "Chaperone" that allows a phone to be set up and tracked.
But, if you're not going places or doing things that you would be worried about your parents finding out about, then it's not a problem right?
