Blackberry storm 9500 help...

thanks for looking...

I have a blackberry storm 9500 which i have been using on vodaphone uk. The vodaphone contract was my ex girlfriends so she has put it into her current which leave me with a storm and no sim...

I used to be on o2 UK and recently saw an add for the top up £15 a month and get unlimited web and texts.. Since seeing that i have got a o2 sim-card and had the blackberry is now unlocked and is working fine in the phone...

Problems are as follows...

The browser has dissapeared
when i look at the bb messenger in the pin area it says pin:null

I have not yet topped the sim card up so do i need to for them to apppear or are there other things?

What do i need to do to get these problems fixed?

Feel free  to ask for any information you need to.

I don't understand that ^^ part.

Otherwise, if you don't have the device PIN currently registered on your current mobile provider carrier, AND if you don't have THE BlackBerry Data Plan on that mobile provider account, you won't get your browser or email or any of the normal BlackBerry data function.

So, 1) call your carrier and get THE BlackBerry Data Plan on your account.

2) With that done, register the device PIN with the carrier BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) account.

Look at Options > Status, do you see your PIN... is that where you saw it as "null"?
