Bluetooth version

I just acquirred a new vehicle that has has a hands free phone installed. I need to connect via bluetooth. I cannot get connected. The phone requires a version 0.96 or higher bluetooth application.  How do I find out what version my phone has, and if it's not high enough, how do I ger version 0.96 or higher bluetooth software on my phone/

Re: Bluetooth version

thanks for the link.  the version is a 2.+ I needed a 0.96 so that is not the problem. I'll follow up with uconnect on Monday.
