Boot trouble

My phone isn't booting up I was updating it and my phone got disconnected from my computer and not it will only get 3/4 of thew way booting and stop, is there anyway to master reset my phone physically or anything that I can do to save it?

Sorry to hear your BlackBerry® smartphone is experiencing issues.

 

Did the software update complete or was your device disconnected before the update was finished? 

 

Are you able to reboot in Safe Mode as shown in http://bbry.lv/r5cTpo?

 

If not, try to complete a software reload as shown in KB11320 How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software for Windows or KB19915 Perform a clean reload of BlackBerry smartphone application software using BlackBerry Desktop Software on a Mac computer. 

Try to see if your device data will backup before proceeding with the update.
