Broke my touchscreen

hello.recently I fell of my bike,i fell and the touchscreen broke:smileysad:.the red LED is not lighting even when i put in the battery or when i connect the charger.my question is can it be fixed.do i have to only replace the touchscreen or do i have to replace the whole handset. the screen is still attached with the riddon cable.
