So I just got the storm (great phone btw), the first thing I decided to do was download the facebook mobile application. As I tried to download it, it seemed my phone had frozen. So after a bit of time waiting, I pushed the end button. I recieved two error messages (cannot remember them now) and that was it. As soon as I tried to open my browser again, it didnt open and hasnt open since. I tried restarting the blackberry - Nothing.

Just for clarification I can select and click the browser but it doesnt open. Any ideas on what I can do?

You restarted the BB how?

Do this: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Try again and let us know.
