Buttons on the Bottom (Send, Menu, Back, End)

Does anyone else have any issues with these buttons? I'm on my forth STORM and am really getting irrated over it. I treat my phone like a baby due to the cost and the fact I've had a few now. Never dropped or anything.

My first storm went back due to battery issues.
The other two storms I've had went back because the buttons fell off. The first time, it was just the send button that fell off. Second time, a strip of buttons fell off (send, menu and back)

For being such a premium phone, these buttons are terrible and cheap. They are barely attached and this one I have now (even with a sleeve on it), will likely come off soon.

Anyone else having these issues?

Re: Buttons on the Bottom (Send, Menu, Back, End)

The middle two buttons (menu, back) on my BB just started to rock back and forth today.  I hope that is not a precursor to falling off.

Re: Buttons on the Bottom (Send, Menu, Back, End)

We are on our 3rd Storm. The first two had the bottom buttons fall off. The first one also had a weird screen problem that developed while we were waiting for the replacement because of the button issue. We have had the second one for just about a month and a different button fell off of it now, so we are waiting for a replacement. The phone freezes often or is slow to respond especially the touch screen when you are texting. I do not recommend the phone, and if the third one develops any problem, we will be switching to a different phone because we paid full retail price of almost $500!

I am on my third Storm (picking up my fourth one tonight) and none of them had any button issues (so far)...

Re: Buttons on the Bottom (Send, Menu, Back, End)

I have had the Storm for about 2.5 months and have treated it as delicately as possible.  I am also having a problem with the send button tearing off of the phone.  Somehow the key started to lift up and when I put it in the fancy Blackberry Storm leather protector I bought for it, the button caught and ripped most of the way off.  Please let me know if you come to a solution other than taking the whole phone to a Verizon store.  I would hate to have to replace the whole phone for one key that fell off.

I am on my third BB Storm. The buttons keep coming off. Did anyone notice that the buttons are changed on the BB Storm 2?
