Can't access the media card on the phone

Just got my storm 2 today.  When I put ringtones on it, take new pictures, it all says its being sent to the media card that came with my phone. But I can't for the life of me find the media card. I search my ringtones and nothing comes up. I search for the pictures I took, and I cant find them.  What do I do?

Ryan,Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Support Forums.

 

Got to your Media icon on the BlackBerry.

Press your Menu key

Select Explore and you should see a selection of Media Card and Device Memory.

 

Check all folders to find the files you seek.
