Solved issue. Account had to be set up on device then accessed on the computer. Have now succeeded in adding my yahoo and hotmail accts. If anyone else has this problem may i suggest checking that you set up an account on your device first. This is not your access details to your email accounts or your BlavkBerry email account, this is in addition.

first you can insert a sim card with a full service with a low cost, usualy a service per a dayoff blackberry, after that you setup your email account/

Call your service provider they will set it up 4 u that side as they did 4 me and I'm able to send and receive gmail messages instantly
